HiddenLayer Raises $100M Series B for AI Security as ARR Grows 10x

AI security company HiddenLayer announced a $100 million Series B on September 2, led by Delta-v Capital. Annual recurring revenue grew more than 10x over the past year, and the funding targets runtime protection for AI coding agents.

AI security company HiddenLayer, based in Austin, Texas, announced a $100 million Series B funding round on September 2, 20261.

  • Delta-v Capital led the round, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), and Booz Allen Ventures1
  • The company says annual recurring revenue grew more than 10x over the past year and it signed more than 50 new platform customers. It has not disclosed dollar figures1
  • The funding goes toward Agentic Runtime Security capabilities and Agent Harness Security, a new solution that secures AI coding agents at runtime1. Its Series A three years ago was reportedly $50 million2

HiddenLayer says its platform secures agentic, generative, and predictive AI applications across the entire AI lifecycle, from discovery and AI supply chain security through attack simulation and runtime protection1. According to the company’s own 2026 research, 96% of organizations already consider AI critical to core operations, while nearly a third cannot say with certainty whether they have experienced an AI-related breach1. If you are bringing agents that autonomously write and ship code into a development pipeline, a layer that governs and monitors what those agents may do at runtime becomes newly necessary — which is what this funding is aimed at.
